In my studio in Prishtina, I offer a variety of group classes including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Somatic Yoga.
Each practice carries its own rhythm — from grounding Hatha postures to the fluid flow of Vinyasa, the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, and the embodied awareness of Somatic movement.
These classes are open to all levels and focus on cultivating presence, connection, and ease.
Through mindful breath and movement, we explore the relationship between body and mind — creating space to release tension, recharge energy, and rediscover balance from within.
